About Daisy Irawan

I'm a food scientist and technologist.  I acquired my bachelor degree from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Department of Agricultural Products Processing Technology, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, Indonesia.  My master degree was acquired from the Department of Food Science, Bogor Agricultural University, Bogor, Indonesia.  I studied polymer engineering, and cartilage tissue engineering in Australia, and cleft palate tissue engineering in Germany.  I like reading, writing, taking photos, and travelling. Now, I am working on a book project with People and Plants International in the United States.
